Paneford
Private residences · Website UI/UX

Project overview
Private residences · Website UI/UX
Paneford sells around fourteen architect-designed homes a year along the coast and countryside of South West England. The website had to feel as quiet and exact as the houses, and let one photograph do most of the talking.
The page in motion
The full design, scrolled from the hero to the footer.
The brief
A small agency for architect-built homes, where every listing is a long piece of work by one architect.
The idea
A headline split across a full-bleed photo so the sea stays visible, with site-plan lines like notes on a drawing.
Our approach
Monochrome stone with one lime accent, listing cards with only the five facts buyers ask first, and viewings booked on the same page.
Every section
The full page, from the hero to the footer.

Colour & type
Monochrome stone, white, warm grey and charcoal, with one lime point for the brand and the main action, so the granite, grass and sea in the photographs carry the colour. Geist, set light and uppercase for headlines.

Concept project: a fictional brand created to show our website design process. Names, places, prices and people are illustrative.
