Stackwise
Workflow SaaS · Brand identity

Stackwise helps operations teams automate approvals, invoices and handovers, while keeping a human in the loop for the decisions that matter. The identity pairs a stacked, S-shaped mark with a volt-lime-on-ink palette, a grotesk-plus-mono type system and a dot-grid canvas taken straight from the product's workflow builder.
The brief
Position a new automation platform against generic "AI does everything" tools. The audience is ops leads and CTOs at growing Indonesian and Southeast Asian companies. The brand had to look credible to engineers, simple to managers, and consistent from the marketing site into the product itself.
The idea: stack the routine, surface the decision
Stackwise stacks repetitive steps into workflows and surfaces only the decisions that need a person. The mark is three stacked bars forming an S, with two soft nodes marking where a flow starts and where a human steps in.
Where it lives
Primary logo and colourways, product dashboard, workflow builder, developer/SDK snippet, approvals mobile app, marketing site, pricing card, event badge and lanyard, laptop stickers, team hoodie, and a paid-social campaign (time-saved, before/after, webinar, integrations).
Brand board
The identity across print, packaging, digital and environment.

Identity system
The decisions behind the brand.
Name
Stackwise: stacked workflows, wise decisions. Short, available as a .io, and easy to say in a sales call.
Colour
Ink #0F1115 and Graphite #22252C for focus, Volt Lime #C6F432 as the single signature accent for actions and success, Signal #FF6A3D reserved for alerts and decisions, Slate and Paper for supporting UI.
Typography
Space Grotesk for headlines and interface; JetBrains Mono for data, code, labels and anything a machine produced. The mono tells users "this is a system output."
Voice
precise and a bit dry. "If (boring) automate()." "Write zero glue code."
