A concept sales website for Wrenfold, 84 new apartments by Walthamstow Wetlands in London. Most buyers are renters buying their first home, so the site makes a building still under construction feel real and easy to visit.

Sell Release 2 of a new-build development to first-time buyers, with prices and availability visible before any scroll.
The idea
A huge wordmark, the building rising out of a soft coral panel, and a live price list instead of a brochure download.
