About the project

Project overview

Buyer’s agency · Website UI/UX

Elmrow is a buyer’s agency for Bristol and Bath. Its agents only work for people buying a home, and each one covers the few postcodes they actually live in. The website sells that local knowledge before it sells a single listing.

The page in motion

The full design, scrolled from the hero to the footer.

The brief

Show why a local buying agent is worth it, before showing any homes.

The idea

A row of brick terraces, a search by area and budget, and proof from real purchases.

Our approach

Plain numbers, a mosaic of neighbourhoods to compare streets, and listing cards with the price first.

Every section

Colour & type

White, a neutral grey surface, a fresh jade gradient and a deep jade for every action. Geist throughout, medium weight for headlines and tabular figures for prices.
