Project overview
Property management · Website UI/UX
Keyholm lets and looks after 412 flats, houses and cabins along the fjords south and west of Bergen. Owners want rent and peace of mind, tenants want someone who answers the phone, and the website has to win both in a few seconds.
The page in motion
The full design, scrolled from the hero to the footer.
The brief
One site for two audiences: owners looking for a manager and tenants looking for a home.
The idea
A calm coastal page where one band of warm windows does the emotional work.
Our approach
Services explained as four numbered rows, rentals in a soft grey band, and a free valuation form to close.
Every section
The full page, from the hero to the footer.

Colour & type
Quiet sage: white space, a deep sage green for actions, a pale sage tint for surfaces and a muted moss for small details, with photos graded away from cold blue so the warm windows lead. Manrope keeps every size readable.

Concept project: a fictional brand created to show our website design process. Names, places, prices and people are illustrative.
