Hollicott
Build-to-rent homes · Website UI/UX

Project overview
Build-to-rent homes · Website UI/UX
Hollicott rents homes in Manchester, Salford and Leeds and puts 5% of every rent payment into a deposit fund in the resident’s name. The website sells a good home now and a realistic way to buy later, without feeling like a bank.
The page in motion
The full design, scrolled from the hero to the footer.
The brief
Reach renters in their late twenties who want a good home today and a plan to own one.
The idea
Show the money side as a live example, not a paragraph: month 26 of 40 on a real deposit fund.
Our approach
One warm terracotta for actions and progress only, quick filters for homes, and real residents before the call to action.
Every section
The full page, from the hero to the footer.

Colour & type
White and soft zinc surfaces, charcoal text and one terracotta orange taken from the brick base and kitchen tiles, used only for actions and progress. Plus Jakarta Sans carries the page, with a light italic as a second voice in headlines.

Concept project: a fictional brand created to show our website design process. Names, places, prices and people are illustrative.
