Every contract is a card with the counterparty, its clause codes, a photo of the partner's office and two numbers: time until renewal and clause risk against the company playbook. Search reads clauses, not just names, so typing "auto-renew" lists the exact clauses that will roll over. The map groups the same portfolio by governing law, and a click on a zone shows contracts, value and renewals due in 30 days.
This screen answers one question: how much value renews by default if nobody acts? One large figure and a monthly bar chart show where renewals pile up, with a hover that names the contracts behind each month. Below, notice windows are sorted by urgency, and Send notice issues a non-renewal letter in one click, so a four-day deadline never turns into another year of commitment.
The counterparty's draft sits on the left with every deviation highlighted. On the right, Scinda compares the wording with the playbook and ranks each difference as high, medium or low. Selecting a clause opens their wording next to your position, and Apply redline writes the change into the document while the risk score drops in real time.
One table tracks every envelope: who has signed, who is holding up the deal and what is overdue. Avatars get a tick as signatures land, progress bars fill, and Remind nudges the right person without leaving the page.
